July 2021: Home prices in Hemet increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Hemet rose by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,500 - a 30.1% increase over the $294,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Hemet in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Hemet for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,325, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
