City of Lake Elsinore issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
#RoadClosure at Avenue 6 and Franklin Street (near Anderson Chevrolet) due to a significant traffic collision. Closure to remain in place for several hours. Please avoid the area and use alternate roadways.
