On Thursday, May 15, former Vista Murrieta High School standout Willis Lacy’s current collegiate team the Westmont Warriors won 3-2 against the San Francisco State Gators in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Russell Carr Field at 2:15 p.m. and was the first matchup against the San Francisco State Gators in the tournament.

The Westmont Warriors’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 12 p.m. at Russell Carr Field.
