Vista Murrieta High School standout Leilani Gonzales’ college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Vista Murrieta High School standout Leilani Gonzales’ current college team, the Wagner Seahawks, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at U.S. Bank Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Rutgers Softball Complex against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
