On Sunday, April 13, former Temecula Valley High School standout Mason Burkhardt’s current college team, the Whitworth Pirates, lost 12-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Linfield Wildcats.

The game took place at Roy Helser Field. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 12 p.m. at Paul Merkel Field against Pacific Lutheran Lutes.
