On Sunday, March 9, former Elsinore High School standout Kiki Matamoros’ current college team, the Colorado Mines Orediggers, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Metro State Roadrunners.

The game took place at Assembly Athletic Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Orediggers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 11:55 a.m. at Joe Coors, Jr. Softball Field against Colorado Christian Cougars.
