Corona home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Corona rose by $157,000 while total sales decreased by 65.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $713,500 - a 28.2% increase over the $556,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 284 homes sold in Corona in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
