Median home prices in Wildomar rose to $530,000 in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Wildomar rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Wildomar in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,024, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
