Pricing for the median home in San Jacinto increased during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in San Jacinto rose by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in San Jacinto in August 2020.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,383, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
