Wildomar median home prices rose by 26.9% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Wildomar rose by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Wildomar in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,024, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
