Median home prices in Winchester rose to $565,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Winchester rose by $115,000 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Winchester in July 2020.
