How did home prices perform in Aguanga during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Aguanga rose by $120,000 while total sales increased by 90.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 39.3% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Aguanga in the first half of 2020.
