The second quarter of 2021: Nuevo experienced a 58.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Nuevo rose by $187,000 while total sales increased by 333.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 58.8% increase over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Nuevo in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Nuevo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,071, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
