Menifee home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Menifee rose by $86,250 while total sales increased by 162.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 446 homes sold, with a median sale price of $456,250 - a 23.3% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Menifee in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Menifee for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,653, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
