Murrieta median home prices rose by 3.1% in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Murrieta rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 175 homes sold in Murrieta in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Murrieta for 2019 was $4,566. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,426. This marks an increase of 3.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
