Home prices decreased in Wildomar during September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Wildomar fell by $10,750 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,750 - a 2.6% decrease over the $408,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Wildomar in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for 2019 was $4,024. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,893. This marks an increase of 3.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
