The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Menifee fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 23.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 158 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Menifee in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Menifee for 2019 was $3,653. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,504. This marks an increase of 4.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
