September 2019: Home prices in San Jacinto fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in San Jacinto fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 2.8% decrease over the $309,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in San Jacinto in September 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for 2019 was $2,383. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,271. This marks an increase of 4.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
