How did home prices perform in Temecula during December 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Temecula rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 25.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Temecula in December 2018.
