Nuevo median home prices rose by 33.9% in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Nuevo rose by $119,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $471,000 - a 33.9% increase over the $351,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Nuevo in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Nuevo for 2019 was $3,071. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,842. This marks an increase of 8.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
