Median home prices in Canyon Lake fell to $427,500 in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Canyon Lake fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,500 - a 7.1% decrease over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Canyon Lake in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Canyon Lake for 2019 was $4,069. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,940. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
