Home prices increased in Winchester during December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Winchester rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $426,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Winchester in December 2018.
