What happened to the median home price in Wildomar during December 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Wildomar rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 48.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $404,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $398,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Wildomar in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for 2019 was $4,024. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,893. This marks an increase of 3.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
