Rising home prices in San Jacinto in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $289,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in San Jacinto in December 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for 2019 was $2,383. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,271. This marks an increase of 4.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
