Pricing for the median home in Homeland increased during October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Homeland rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $555,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $498,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Homeland in October 2019.
