Rising home prices in Wildomar in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Wildomar rose by $89,000 while total sales increased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $406,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Wildomar in October 2019.
