November 2020: Temecula experienced a 15.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Temecula rose by $72,000 while total sales increased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 196 homes sold, with a median sale price of $537,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Temecula in November 2019.
