November 2020: Home prices in Wildomar increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Wildomar rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Wildomar in November 2019.
