Winchester home prices rose in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Winchester rose by $69,250 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,750 - a 17.1% increase over the $404,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Winchester in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Winchester for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,805, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
