Median home prices in San Jacinto rose to $350,000 in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in San Jacinto rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $303,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in San Jacinto in November 2019.
