The fourth quarter of 2019: Romoland experienced a 11.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Romoland rose by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $378,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Romoland in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Romoland for 2019 was $3,278. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,340. This marks an increase of 40.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
