Median home prices in Lakeland Village rose to $304,000 in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lakeland Village rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $303,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lakeland Village in the fourth quarter of 2018.
