Corona home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Corona rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 250 homes sold in Corona in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
