Murrieta home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Murrieta rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $439,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Murrieta in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Murrieta for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,558, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
