Canyon Lake home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Canyon Lake fell by $45,500 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,500 - a 9.1% decrease over the $498,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Canyon Lake in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Canyon Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,562, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
