Nuevo home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Nuevo fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 5% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Nuevo in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Nuevo for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,599, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
