Wildomar home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Wildomar rose by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 33.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 240 homes sold, with a median sale price of $413,250 - a 0.8% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 362 homes sold in Wildomar in 2018.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,333, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for 2019.
