San Jacinto home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 513 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 759 homes sold in San Jacinto in 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for 2019.
