Cabazon home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Cabazon rose by $46,250 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,750 - a 30.3% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Cabazon in 2018.
