Lakeview home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lakeview fell by $114,773 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 24.2% decrease over the $474,773 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lakeview in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakeview for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,399, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
