San Jacinto home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 67.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 389 homes sold in San Jacinto in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
