Lakeland Village home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lakeland Village fell by $27,273 while total sales decreased by 71.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 9% decrease over the $304,273 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Lakeland Village in the second half of 2018.
