Lakeland Village home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Lakeland Village rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 36.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Lakeland Village in the first half of 2019.
