Corona home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Corona rose by $43,955 while total sales decreased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $506,046 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 250 homes sold in Corona in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
