Temecula home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Temecula rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $477,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 208 homes sold in Temecula in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Temecula for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,479, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
