San Jacinto home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in San Jacinto fell by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 35.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,250 - a 2.3% decrease over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in San Jacinto in May 2019.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
