Hemet home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Hemet rose by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 6.5% increase over the $279,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Hemet in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Hemet for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,979, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
