Murrieta home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Murrieta rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 136 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Murrieta in January 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Murrieta for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,558, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
