Wildomar home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Wildomar rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $354,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Wildomar in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,333, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
