Nuevo home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Nuevo rose by $111,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 42.9% increase over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Nuevo in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Nuevo for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,599, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
